8.2.2010 - 9.20.2010 | Public Outreach Meetings Upstate Power is holding public informational meetings intended to explain the on-going revisions to the Article VII Alternatives Analysis. These meetings will inform communities that could be potentially affected by amendments to the Article VII application. In addition to explaining the alternative analysis, Upstate Power is seeking community input regarding issues of local concern. Comments/feedback will be considered before making final decisions on evaluating alternatives in future steps in the Article VII process. The list below shows the dates and times for each community that will partake in these informational meetings.
Four sessions will be held to provide the public an opportunity to present their comments before the appointed Administrative Law Judges, Kevin J. Casutto and Jeffrey E. Stockholm.
